CAFMET can organize a variety of activities during a training course to energize and deepen the program.
For example, we welcomed in our premises in ANGERS a delegation of ASECNA (Agency for the Safety of Air Navigation in Africa and Madagascar).
The ASECNA team was trained in barometric pressure metrology for 10 days. Several practical works were designed and implemented during the training. It was very enriching. We were able to have interesting experiences by organizing educational visits to the meteorological station of Météo France and the regional air museum in Angers. Here are some pictures:

The team was warmly welcomed by Christian Ravel (Founder of the museum) and Francois Blondeau (President of Espace Air Passion). A lot of exchange on the history of aviation, the manufacture of aircraft and navigation instruments.
