Certification of persons

CAFMET is offering a new service: PERSONAL CERTIFICATION! The certification of individuals consists of recognising the skills of a natural person, which are necessary for the exercise of a professional activity and verifying that these comply with the requirements defined by a reference system. CAFMET offers you a simple procedure and personalised support throughout the certification process.

Training courses

Throughout the year, CAFMET offers individual, in-company and inter-company training courses, both face-to-face and distance learning. An offer adapted to your needs, where and when you need it ! CAFMET is a QUALIOPI certified training organization (certification recognizing the quality of the training provided). CAFMET studies with you, your needs in competence and proposes you an adapted training program. Each proposed training is the subject of a training agreement.

Conferences

Every year, CAFMET organises an international conference on Metrology and Measurement, Quality and Data Science. The congresses offer a wide range of lectures and practical workshops, as well as opportunities for fruitful exchanges (round tables, exhibitions, etc.), enabling you to develop international collaborations and projects. The congresses organised by CAFMET are real bridges between the different continents. By taking part in CAFMET activities, you are contributing to the development of the African continent.

PRESENTATION OF CAFMET

The CAFMET

The CAFMET is a non-profit organization. It was created on March 31th, 2005 in order to meet the needs of African firms and laboratories in Metrology.

For the economic and industrial development of the countries,it is important that quality and metrology skills are recognized. The CAFMET therefore contributes to the recognition of these.
CAFMET's missions are of interest to all continents, all persons and firms wishing to contribute to the development of African countries and the exchange of good practices between all countries.
CAFMET is supported by several organizations, including the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and the European Cooperation for Accreditation (EA).

 

CAFMET members

A member of CAFMET can be from industry, university, laboratory, ... The association is aimed at any organization or anyone interested in the fields of quality and measurement. Created in April 2005, CAFMET has today become a recognized international network thanks to all its actions undertaken.
